This women’s group will look at all aspects of health and well-being, including hobbies where we can share ideas and learn new things.  It is an opportunity to make new friends and feel part of the community.

-       Weight Issues

-       Menopause

-       Tools in the toolbox

-       Boundary issues

-       Self-esteem, and Confidence issues

-       Meditation

-       Holistic therapies

-       Wellness

 

There will be many more topics available, we will invite others in to “show and tell” show us their skills and tell us their story. These classes will be informative and good fun as well and you will leave feeling better than before.
